Product Features:

Composite of PE/PET, the skin layer is PE and the core layer is PET (polyester, melting point 255℃). It is an upgraded version of PE/PP

Uses:

It is used in non-woven fabric processing fields such as baby diapers, female sanitary napkins, adult diapers, masks, etc.

Product Details:

PE/PET bicomponent fiber refers to a fiber composed of two different materials; PE/PET composite material. The outer layer of the fiber is made of PE and the inner core consists of PET (polyester) with a melting point of 255°C. This particular fiber is a type of PE/PP. Its two-component nature gives it versatility. The melting point PE outer layer and the higher melting point PP core allow it to be processed using methods that make it highly adaptable to different production processes. Since PE leather products made from this fiber provide a gentle touch, they can provide an experience. For example, in applications such as baby diapers and adult diapers, PE/PET bicomponent fibers effectively wick away moisture to help keep the wearer dry and comfortable. This unique material combination is widely used in baby diapers, feminine sanitary napkins, adult diapers, masks and other processing fields.

  • What is the payment method?
    When quoting, we will confirm with you the transaction method, FOB, CIF, CNF or other methods. When producing in bulk, we usually pay a 30% advance payment first, and then pay the remaining balance upon presentation of the bill of lading. Most of our payment methods are T/T, and L/C is also acceptable.
  • How are the goods delivered to the customer?
    Usually, we ship by sea because we are in Jiaxing and we are about 100 kilometers away from Shanghai Port, making sea exports very convenient.
  • Where are your goods mainly exported?
